Mexican Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. red beans
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomato
    1 can green chilies
    salt and pepper
    1 roast (any type)
Preparation
    Add water enough to Dutch oven or baking dish to cover roast. Cook 12 hours in crock-pot on low, or cook in oven at 250\u00b0 for 12 hours.
