Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado, pitted and peeled
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (can't use fat free)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    few drops hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin seed
    4 to 6 jalapeno peppers, minced
    1 approximately 2 inch white onion, minced
    1 large firm ripe tomato, seeded and diced
Preparation
    Note:
    Choose an avocado which yields slightly to finger pressure.
    Avoid those with the consistency of either a lump of granite or instant guacamole!
