Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can corned beef, crumbled
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased mold.
May add sliced eggs and sliced olives to bottom of mold.
Chill until firm.
