Quick And Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread (any kind)
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear up 4 slices bread and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon sausage over bread.
Sprinkle 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk and spices.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. The cheese will rise to the top during baking.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
