Creamy Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken pieces, floured
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (room temperature)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in margarine.
    Remove chicken.
    Stir in water and soup mix.
    Add chicken; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
    Place chicken on heated platter.
    Stir sour cream into sauce; heat through.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
