Green Bean Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4.5 oz.) pkg. brown and wild rice mix
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Italian-seasoned dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice mix according to package directions and set aside. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
    Add onion and cook, stirring often, until tender.
    Stir in rice, sour cream, cream cheese and next 4 ingredients.
    Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
