Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large flour tortillas
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning mix
    1 can black olives
    1 large red pepper
    1 pkg. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and Italian seasoning mix together.
    Spread on flour tortillas.
    Top with olives, pepper and cheese.
    Roll tightly.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill in refrigerator.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
    (Insert toothpick upright into each piece for easier serving.)
