Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes, unpared
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with the bay leaf.
    Cool. Grate.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients. Blend into potatoes.
    Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Dot with a bit of butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until baked through.
