Chicken In Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. light cream (table cream)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sliced mushrooms
lemon wedges
parsley
Preparation

In large frying pan, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add chicken and saute about 10 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork can be inserted with ease.
Remove chicken to a dish appropriate for broiling in oven.
