Western Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. frozen potatoes (O'Brien)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can mild salsa
    1 can olives
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium-high.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in salsa.
    Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
    Top with mushrooms and olives.
