Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cheese, shredded (Swiss, Cheddar or whatever)
    a few sauteed mushrooms
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend it all for 1 minute (or beat it hard with an eggbeater if you don't have a blender).
    Pour it over the mixture in the pie plate and bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 if pan is metal, a bit longer if it's glass.
    Let it stand 3 or 4 minutes before serving.
