Garden Fresh Tastin Corn Anytime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large ears corn, cut from cob or 1 large can whole kernel, drained
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    oil (for frying, about 1/2 c.)
    milk (to thicken, about 3/4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add corn to oil (not too hot). Fry slowly, stirring often. When corn begins to soften and thicken naturally, add flour, stirring to blend evenly. Add milk, cooking slowly, until creamy, but not too thick. Add salt last or else corn will toughen.
