Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate morsels and half and half.
Cook over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
Serve warm.
Good on ice cream or cheesecake.
