Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large), pared and quartered
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain potatoes.
    Mash.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.
    Beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Place in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
    Dot with butter and bake desired amount at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
