Almond Roca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter (not margarine)
    5 oz. almonds
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Grate chocolate and set aside.
    Chop almonds.
    Line cookie sheet (10 x 13-inch) with foil.
    Spread layer of almonds on bottom.
    Put layer of chocolate over (1/2 of each).
    Combine sugar and butter; cook and stir until it reaches 300\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and pour over pan.
    Sprinkle remaining chocolate and almonds over. Let cool, then break.
