Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 breasts, skin and debone, cut into bite size pieces
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 heaping spoonful baking powder
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk and baking powder.
    Soak chicken in mixture. Roll in flour and salt; let set up.
    Deep fry in peanut oil until golden brown.
    Sprinkle cashews over chicken.
