Cindy'S Chicken And Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. plastic Ziploc bag green beans
1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 to 3/4 c. white wine
1 large onion, sliced
1 c. crushed tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 Tbsp. each fresh herbs, chopped (oregano, rosemary, thyme and marjoram)
chicken spice
salt
pepper
Preparation

Steam green beans 5 minutes.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Place half the beans in pan.
Cover with half of the onion and garlic.
Place other half of beans on top and cover with rest of onions and garlic.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour wine and tomatoes on top of beans.
Sprinkle half the herbs on top. Wash and dry chicken.
Place skin side up on top of beans.
Spray chicken with Pam.
Sprinkle with chicken spice and the rest of the herbs.
Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
