Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 Tbsp. pimiento
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. cooking wine
Preparation
    Heat olive oil and add finely chopped onions, garlic and green pepper.
    Add ground beef, stirring every few minutes until brown; drain.
    Add other ingredients and allow to simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
    Can also be served over rice.
