Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 c. converted rice
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion.
    Add rice; stir until translucent. Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
