Onion Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation
    Place each piece of chicken between two sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/4-inch using meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
    Stir well.
    Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings.
