Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. black walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated (if possible)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
With electric mixer (not a food processor), whip all ingredients except walnuts and nutmeg until light.
Stir in walnuts and put into a buttered casserole.
Spread evenly and grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
Bake 45 minutes until golden.
