Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 egg shell water
    salt
Preparation
    Put flour in a bowl (more than you need).
    Make a well in the center of flour.
    Add eggs and water.
    Salt.
    Mix the eggs and water.
    Keep mixing until you have a stiff dough.
    Roll out into 14 to 16-inch circles.
    Dry a while, cut into noodles.
    Cook in broth. Freezes well.
