Honeyed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
4 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 onion, sliced thin
pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Place chops in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with sliced onion. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
