Okinawa Dango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    5 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. mochiko
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very well.\tDrop
    by
    tablespoonful into hot oil and deep fry.
