Cauliflower And Carrot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut up into flowerets
    6 carrots
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salted cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower.
    Cut carrots in 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook until just tender.
    Mix soup, milk and salt.
    Pour over vegetables in a casserole dish.
    Brown crumbs in butter in frypan.
    Crumble cracker crumbs and butter mixture over top of vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
