Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 medium cans tomato paste, then fill empty cans with water
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 lb. hamburger ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Use a big pot. Heat oil and cook chopped onion. Put in the ground beef; let cook until brown. Add garlic salt, oregano, sugar and a couple dashes of pepper. Add the tomatoes, paste and water. Cook slowly for about 3 hours.
    The sauce should be thick. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Makes 8 servings.
