Boiled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh raw, headless unpeeled shrimp
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add salt to water and bring to boil.
    Add shrimp and reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, depending on size of shrimp.
    (Shrimp is cooked when opaque in center when tested by cutting in half.)
    Drain shrimp.
    Rinse shrimp thoroughly under cold running water.
