Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Ballard corn bread mix
    3 eggs
    1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake in a cast-iron skillet, greased well.
