Ginger Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. lightly salted mixed nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. grated ginger root
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, beat egg white with the cold water until frothy.
Add mixed nuts and stir until well combined.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, lemon peel and ginger root.
Pour the sugar mixture over nut mixture.
Toss until evenly coated.
Spread nuts in single layer in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool nuts in pan, stirring once.
