Pinto Bean Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can unseasoned pinto beans
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    3 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mash pinto beans; add sugar.
    Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add coconut, vanilla and pecans; mix well.
    Pour into 3 unbaked pie crusts and bake in preheated oven 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    These pies freeze well.
