Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Imperial margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. cooked turkey
    1 c. spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces, cooked
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat.
    Saute onion and mushrooms until onion is transparent. Stir in soup, milk, turkey and spaghetti.
    Cook until heated throughout.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Heat under broiler just until cheese is browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
