Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients for 20 minutes.
    Add potatoes and vegetables; cook 30 minutes longer.
    Add cheese and soup.
    Simmer until cheese is melted.
