Peppery Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. nonfat buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    butter flavored vegetable cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine buttermilk and oil; add to dry ingredients.
    Stir with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 3 to 4 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into rounds with a 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet; lightly coat tops of biscuits with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
