Wedding Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 tsp. flavoring (i.e. butter or mint)
food color
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and flavoring.
Mix in sugar to consistency of pie dough.
Divide into pieces for as many colors needed.
Add color (use toothpick or dropper).
Knead dough and make small balls.
Dip balls into sugar and press into molds.
Air dry on wax paper several hours.
Makes approximately 165 mints.
