Three Way Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Beat the cottage cheese and Blue cheese at highest speed of mixer until fairly smooth. Beat in onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Gently fold in sour cream.
Cover and chill. Serve with crackers or vegetable \"dippers.\"
Dip may also be used as a salad dressing or served on baking potatoes.
