Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 large hot pepper
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese. Pour half the mixture in well-greased pan and sprinkle with cheese. Add other half of mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
