Greg'S Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 minced clove garlic
    2 c. orange juice
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pre-mix flour, cinnamon and parsley in small container. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in frying pan; add chicken and brown on both sides.
    Remove from pan.
    Add pre-mixed ingredients to the frying pan, along with the garlic. Stir chicken in slowly, then add orange juice.
    Stir well; bring to a boil.
    Then reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
    Add mandarin oranges and simmer 10 minutes more.
