Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix cocoa in flour.
    Mix 2 teaspoons of buttermilk with red food coloring.
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add red mix.
    Alternate flour and buttermilk and mix well.
    Fold in soda and vinegar. Pour in three 8-inch cake pans or one 9 x 13-inch sheet cake pan lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes (40 minutes for sheet cake).
