Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cool squash and mash; saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.
    Mix with other ingredients reserving a small amount of cheese and cracker crumbs for garnish.
    Put in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Garnish with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes uncovered.
