Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chiles
    3/4 to 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Slice chiles lengthwise.
    Layer half of the chiles in an 8-inch casserole, greased.
    Top with half the cheese.
    Repeat this layering with remaining chiles and cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chile mixture.
    Sprinkle top of casserole with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
