Heavenly Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, cooked, cooled and grated
1/4 c. oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separate into rings
corn flake crumbs
grated sharp cheese
Preparation
-
Heat soup and oleo.
Blend in sour cream.
Grease casserole dish.
Alternate layers of potatoes, onion and soup mixture.
Top with crushed corn flake crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
