Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. potatoes, chopped in blender
1 c. carrots, chopped in blender
1 c. broccoli, chopped in blender
1/2 c. onions, chopped in blender
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
16 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. cooked ham, chopped in blender
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 c. water
5 c. milk
2 Tbsp. minced pimento
Preparation

Place the potatoes, carrots, broccoli, onoin and pepper in a large saucepan.
Add the water, cover and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, not mushy.
