Cranberry Walnut Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cored, peeled, finely chopped baking apples
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (Clabber Girl)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 4 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Combine apples, sugar and oil in a medium bowl.
    Add egg.
    Mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Add to apple mixture. Stir well.
    Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
    Spread batter evenly in pan.
    Bake for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
