Eye Opening Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large white potatoes
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 stick margarine
    2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Prick each potato; microwave for approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and slice 2/3 of the way through in 1/2-inch sections.
    Melt margarine; mix with onion soup mix and diced jalapeno peppers. Gently spread apart potato and pour mixture between each section. Quickly wrap in foil and place on grill.
    Cook for approximately 10 minutes; turn and cook another 10 minutes, until soft.
