Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. minced onion
1 can white or yellow hominy
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Stir in flour and cook until smooth.
Add milk and cook until mixture thickens.
Add salt, chili powder, onion and green pepper, stirring well.
Wash hominy and drain. Stir in and mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking.
