Quick Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Beefaroni
1 c. cheese (any kind), grated or cubed
1 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. ketchup
cream cheese (optional)
Preparation

Combine Beefaroni, ketchup, sour cream and cream cheese.
Mix half the cheese in dish with mixture and other half on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is melted or heated throughout.
