Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 can Angel Flake coconut
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Mix well; add milk, then coconut.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell in slow oven at 350\u00b0 until firm in center.
