Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. or more shredded cabbage
shredded carrots (optional)
onion (optional)
red or green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Boil first four ingredients together. Cool slightly and pour over cabbage.
Dressing will keep at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.
