Coffee And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 3/4 tsp. instant coffee
    1 1/2 sq. melted chocolate
    3 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    3/4 tsp. instant coffee
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Add 3/4 cup boiling water and vanilla.
    Sift and add:
    cake flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, soda and 1 3/4 teaspoons instant coffee.
    Add melted chocolate.
    Beat egg whites and add 1/4 cup sugar and fold into coffee mixture.
    Bake in 2 layers at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    Whip whipping cream and flavor with 3/4 teaspoon instant coffee and 1/4 cup sugar.
