Creamy Cucumber Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small to medium cucumber
3 tsp. Miracle Whip

Preparation

Cream Miracle Whip and cream cheese until blended well.
Peel cucumber and slice lengthwise into quarters.
Cut out seeds. Finely dice.
Add to cream cheese mixture.
Chill.
Serve on cocktail rye bread.
